Our personnel from the Admitting Office will assist you throughout the admitting process. You will be requested to:

      1. Present Doctor’s admission order. Walk-in patients must proceed to Emergency Room for examination and secure admission order from the doctor.
      2. Fill up admission information form and provide your complete personal information needed by the physician and the admission personnel.
      3. Choose the type of accommodation that you want.
      4. Secure and fill up PHIC (PhilHealth) application form.

    All admissions with complete admitting orders are referred to the Nursing Unit by the Admitting clerk and will be assisted to their room.

    Different types of rooms are available in the hospital such as Ward, Cubicle, Semi-Private, Private and Suite with amenities such as airconditioning, refrigerator, cable television and dietary services:

    1. Ward (airconditioned)

    2. Cubicle Rooms (airconditioned)

    3. Semi-Private Rooms (airconditioned and non-airconditioned)

    4. Private Rooms

    5. Large Private Rooms

    6. Suite

    Amenities will vary depending on the room type; patients may ask the Admitting Section, which room will meet their needs.

    Housekeeping staff shall come and clean your room daily. Linens shall also be changed daily. We request that any waste should be disposed in the proper receptacle provided in the room. Please notify the nurse station for anything that needs immediate repair or cleaning

    WHAT TO BRING

    An Admission Kit shall be given upon admission including a disposable pillow. Patients may bring their personal items such as toilet articles, undergarments, slippers, and clothing for discharge.

    WHAT NOT TO BRING

    For your security, do not bring large amounts of cash, jewelry and other valuables.

    CAFETERIA

    The cafeteria is located in the hospital’s parking lot along Sixto Castillo Street, and is open daily from 7:00am to 5:00pm.

    Visitors contribute to the recovery of the patients but they would also need their rest. The hospital implements the following visitation hours:

    Morning: 10:00am to 12:00nn
    Afternoon/Evening: 4:00pm to 7:00pm

    A maximum of (2) visitors is allowed for each patient during each visiting period. Children under the age of 7 are not permitted and pregnant women are strongly discouraged from visiting. Also, visitors who have communicable or contagious diseases must not visit patients.

    OTHER VISITOR REMINDERS:

    • Visitors must refrain from making too much noise to respect the privacy of other patients.
    • Smoking is not allowed within and near hospital premises.
    • Children must be accompanied by an adult who is not the patient when they are in hospital.
    BILLING
    Room and Board and medicines, medical supplies and procedures are charged and itemized in the Statement of Account on a daily basis. A temporary bill may be given upon request from the Billing Section. We encourage patients to review their SOA prior and during discharge.

    OTHER REMINDERS:

    • Billing cut-off is 4:00pm
    • After 12:00nn – Additional 1 day room charge
    • Billing Section is open from 7:00am to 6:00pm

    PAYMENT

    Private paying patients will be requested payments during confinement and upon discharge.

    PhilHealth deductions shall be reflected in the final SOA provided that the necessary supporting documents are available prior to discharge. PhilHealth members may coordinate with the hospital’s PhilHealth Section for any inquiries.

    Coverage of Health Maintenance Organizations (HMOs) and Insurance Companies are provided if they are accredited with the hospital. Patients may seek the assistance of the HMO Section in coordinating with their HMOs and insurance to obtain letters of guarantee and additional documentation needed (if any).
